Service Tiers:

• FREE Reports: Basic property overview including essential property details, estimated value range, and limited market context
• PREMIUM Reports: Comprehensive analysis featuring market trends, comparable sales, rental yield estimates, investment scoring, suburb insights, and historical price movements
• ULTIMATE Reports: Complete investment analysis with detailed cash flow projections, comprehensive suburb comparisons, growth forecasts, risk assessments, and advanced financial modeling

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information:

• Submit complete and accurate property addresses and contact information
• Provide valid email addresses for report delivery
• Ensure payment details are current and authorized for use

Prohibited Activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting our proprietary AI algorithms
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our reports without express written permission
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar data collection tools
• Submitting fraudulent payment information or initiating bad-faith payment disputes

Maximum Liability Cap: The total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or $100 AUD, whichever is less.
